I have a garage over in west Baltimore that i am trying to set up as a small mechanics business with one bay and some outside storage. I am looking for 25% of your labor costs to use this shop. There is plenty of opportunity to do a variety of things with this space. Included in this garage are a tire changer and balancing machine. There is a 7000lb rotary lift, parts cleaner, bead blasting cabinet, cutting torches. there are plenty of hand tools and there is an air compressor with air tools and many other misc. tools that can be used for this shop. You must provide your own basic hand tools. i can also look at renting the whole shop for 1000 a month but that would only include the big equipment.

i have a trailer on the site that can be used towing and scrapping. the outside yard is fenced in. i am looking for a mechanic who wants to start his own business but lacks the space and the tools. this is not something that has to be done all at once because my main business is demo and hauling. whether this mechanic business gets off the ground or not it will not kill me. if you are seeking to start slow and work evenings and weekends or you have clients and need to start full time i am willing to work with the right person. so give me a call and lets talk shop. my name is Charles Mullen and my phone number is 410
